Calling `describe-function' on `outline-mode' gives the
following description:
...
C-c C-t make all text invisible (not headings).
C-c C-a make everything in buffer visible.
C-c C-q make only the first N levels of headers visible.
...
As the missing command names don't start with
`outline-', it will be difficult to get them via expand.
C-h c will show you the name of a command that any key runs.
So there is no need for any change here.
