- Why is `indicate-buffer-boundaries' automatically buffer local?
- Would it be good to make it into a minor mode? (global?)
Isn't it expected that users will likely want this on or (off)
in all buffers?
I didn't know about `default-indicate-buffer-boundaries' when I wrote the
first bullet above. That variable should be mentioned in the doc string of
`indicate-buffer-boundaries'. The doc string should say explicitly that you
can set `default-indicate-buffer-boundaries' to provide the global value of
`indicate-buffer-boundaries'.
