Type M-: most-negative-fixnum RET and you get the output -268435456 (#o36000000000, #xf0000000) The unsigned numbers to the right don't make sense: they are 29-bit numbers sign-extended to 32 bit. The additional 3 bits have no roots in Emacs integers but just are a shine-through from the underlying C integers.
