emacs -Q file.f
I drag the mouse to highlight a region
Can you show us the file, and tell us which region?
as example see attached 4 lines Fortran code.
if i now highlight one of the line y dragging the mouse while pressing
the left button, and then choose from the menu
Fortran->comment region
i get:
mark is not active now

mouse-1-> fortran->comment region
I do not understand that. Would you please explain clearly
what actions these mean?
