Which file are you referring to? I did wget "http://radioscanningtw.jidanni.org/index.php?title=特殊:Recentchanges&hidemyself=1" mv index.php[TAB] file.html emacs -Q file.html but I cannot reproduce your problem with this file: undo works fine.
