I think summarizing the problematic keys _at the very beginning_ of
the tutorial or in a splash screen at it's startup would be much
better than interrupting the tutorial text several times in the middle
of a sentence.
I think that reminders "right at the spot" will be helpful.

I'm not sure. Please try: Enable CUA mode and try to read the French
or the Spanish tutorial.
If the reader knows some English, he may understand it. If not, no
harm done. Si tu ne l'aime pas, ajoute donc des traductions
françaises.
