People find Emacs useful on Windows because, with the exception of the
first 5, ALL of these keys are available in Emacs.
Do you mean these:

> - Alt-Tab, Alt-Shift-Tab
> - Ctrl-Esc, Ctrl-Shift-Esc
> - Ctrl-Alt-Delete
As far as I know, the only one of those which Emacs actually expects
to use is M-TAB. Is M-TAB the only such problem on MS Windows?
