On a linux console and using t-mouse, clicking on a link in a help buffer only works if the cursor is already over the link. Otherwise Emacs reports "No cross-reference here" which indicates that help-follow-mouse has been activated, rather than push-button. Typing `C-h c' and clicking as before, however, tells the user that push-button will be activated.
