EFS supports more servers than does ange-ftp.  (If people contribute

Rubbish.  Please don't peddle this story; it's contrary to the code
and ChangeLogs and what ange wrote about it.  If ange-ftp doesn't work
to an MTS host it's simply due to bit rot.
