In Boston's airport, I discoevered two weeks ago, they have dismissed the people who used to give information to people in each terminal and now invite us to use a "virtual assistant", which I suspect is an LLM. I discovered this when I thought of reporting failing waterfouuntains to the persn there. I'd expect a human to know the right place to report this.
