Ah, I had forgotten about that file.  I ported it to Muse as
experimental/muse-mathml.el.  It implements a <math> tag and a style
that shows what you need to add to your header to get embedded MathML
to work.

Can someone please try this out and verify that it works right?  I
haven't had time to test it.  Once I get at least one response to this
effect, I'll move it to the /lisp directory with the rest of the Muse
source code.
