When lists are published in the latest version of muse (as of a
couple days ago), each list item is treated as a separate list.
This happens in both html and latex publishing. The effect is to
produce too much vertical space between list items and, in the case
of a numbered list, to number each item as number 1. The problem
does not occur in the just-released muse 3.02.02.

Is this still broken as of muse--main--1.0--patch-279?

Yes.  A simple example is the list

  1. Enum item one
  2. Enum item two

which gets published as two separate one-item lists.
