Details:
Every time a new Planner session is opened (usually from a new Emacs
session), all of the current day's scheduled tasks are copied to their
respective places under the day's schedule, even if they are are already
there. This results in duplicated items in the schedule, looking something
like:
* Tasks
#A _ @09:00 10:00 Do something (CategoryAbc)
* Schedule
@09:00 | 10:00 | # Do something (CategoryAbc)
@09:00 | 10:00 | # Do something (CategoryAbc)
This is what would be displayed if one entered the new task "@09:00 10:00 Do
something," saved the changes, closed, Emacs, opened it, and then run M-x
plan.
This behavior was fixed by the attached patch, though it seems to have been
applied in the latest release of planner. Since the bug persists, it appears
that other changes have allowed it to persist.
