Summary: Duplicate appointments in planner-appt Project: Planner.el and related modules Submitted by: None Submitted on: Monday 03/06/2006 at 08:57 CET Category: Source Priority: 5 - Normal Severity: 4 - Important Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Originator Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Open/Closed: Open _______________________________________________________ Details: Every time a new Planner session is opened (usually from a new Emacs session), all of the current day's scheduled tasks are copied to their respective places under the day's schedule, even if they are are already there. This results in duplicated items in the schedule, looking something like: * Tasks #A _ @09:00 10:00 Do something (CategoryAbc) * Schedule @09:00 | 10:00 | # Do something (CategoryAbc) @09:00 | 10:00 | # Do something (CategoryAbc) This is what would be displayed if one entered the new task "@09:00 10:00 Do something," saved the changes, closed, Emacs, opened it, and then run M-x plan. This behavior was fixed by the attached patch, though it seems to have been applied in the latest release of planner. Since the bug persists, it appears that other changes have allowed it to persist. _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Monday 03/06/2006 at 08:57 CET Name: planner_appt_fix.patch Size: 1.23KB By: None Old patch (already applied) <http://gna.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=663> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=5448> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Gna! http://gna.org/ _______________________________________________ emacs-wiki-discuss mailing list emacs-wiki-discuss@nongnu.org http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/emacs-wiki-discuss
