With weblogger.el version 1.4.4 my dates in Wordpress are off by -4 hours (which seems to be related to the fact that I am at GMT-4). If I edit a draft, the date shifts again. I tried a few hacks; most of them don't do anything or make the time be off by -8 instead of -4. Is this a known issue?
