Ok, I'm just done catching up with this entire thread, and you've been all talking about x-pane views and whatnot, and I have to ask this very simple question:
Did I completely miss it, or you all failed to mention NNW's Widescreen View, which is so awesome it used to be only in the paid version back in the days? This screenshot is so old, it's actually a hacked-in 3-pane widescreen view, but I liked it, so: - http://rentzsch.com/images/notes/widescreenNetNewsWire/after.jpg That does solve the width issue, now, doesn't it? How do you crazy people run NNW without it?
