You're right, but I think the answer is a bit of a mix of: - We don't know - Still too soon - We'll make it up as we go along And I really think we shouldn't try to nail it down too early, apart from the obvious. The whole "frameworks are extractions" DHH thing. We make the first plugins the hard way, deep in the bowels of Cocoa, and we start looking for similarities.
