I'm the first person to call "plugin" on any thread[1], so I hope you'll hear me now when I say: not plugin. (or, default shipping plugin.) Why? It sounds like a usability enhancement, and a Mac-like thing to do. Just that. It reduces cruft on the source list, and doesn't make anything less clear. (Of course you can imagine a way to make it confusing. Now try imagining the good way.)
