Now, I don't mean to sound snide or condescending or anything...but you *do* 
know that all your messages are sent as plain text, right, John?

(FWIW, while I use plain-text 95% of the time, I think that supporting HTML in 
composing is a must, and a WYSIWYG editor is also a must for it, provided I can 
also check the source before I send...)
