Carol,

Don't worry about this. Once you're done with that particular log, delete 
it. Those entries indicate that the message that had been logged has been 
permanently deleted (either manually or according to the settings you 
have in the Files and Folders section of Emailer's Preferences. 

Once you start using the Auto File Log regularly, it will only show those 
messages logged since the last time you opened an Auto File Log. I find 
this feature essential to the way I use Emailer, and it's a primary 
reason I haven't even tried any other email program (the other being the 
difficulty in exporting/importing my 90 or so folders and over 200 MB of 
email).
