How about if you make a copy of your whole Claris Emailer & all email, (Name it "Her stuff") then in that copy, delete everything except the mails you want to import into Outlook. Then do the Outlook import from "her stuff". Afterwards, you can delete what's left of the whole "Her Stuff" folder
YOUR copy of Emailer of course will remain untouched, and after all is over, you could delete just the emails you don't want.
