Hi Nina,
just type whatever you want in there. 
For reference, you get there like this:
Pull Setup menu to "Preferences"
Click "Replies"
"X" "use attribution line when quoting"
type in words you want, and use the pop up menu to insert the variables. 
There is probably a limit on how many charactors you're allowed to use, 
and funny char, like tab & return are probably not kosher either.
