This shows how the toolbar is supposed to look, including triangles to indicate pull down menus. Ok, does this help in any way? If you are missing the triangles, then you either have a system folder problem (possibly a font issue?), or a corrupted Emailer Application. So either reinstalling the emailer app (you can keep your settings & mail databases) or reinstalling your Mac OS ought to fix it. If you're reinstalling Emailer, you need to either use the complete 2.0v3 installer, or do the 2.x install, then WITHOUT EVER LAUNCHING eMailer, perform the upgrade to 2.0v3. This gets around a font problem on Mac OS 8.6 & up.
