Hi,
I've suddenly started getting multiple duplicate copies of the same email in my in-basket with aol. It appears to be related to emailer not deleting the temp items folder after it unpacks the messages and moves on to the next aol account. Then it unpacks the new account and again the older account and so on (ie the first mailbox's messages will be repeated FIVE times if I check 5 email accounts with mail). AOL does not seem to be the problem as the messages are marked by AOL
I'm using OS 10.1.4. I've tried a database rebuild, advance rebuild, (I think I discarded the prefs file but not sure where the correct one is with OX X using it in classic mode). The only thing even remotely new is Norton Systemworks 2.0 (but no Internet protection/Firerwall app) so not clear if this would even be related.
Any thoughts?
