A friend sent me the following message. Anybody have any ideas about the
two issues mentioned?

Thanks,
Jay

I'm setting up an iBook 300 for my daughter. She's been using an iMac
333 running OS 8.6 and I just noticed that messages sent from her
Claris Emailer 2.0 on *either* system are arriving in my Eudora with
1947 date stamps in the index view., but when you open the messages
they show the correct date stamp.

Messages from you do not have this problem, so perhaps you have an
idea what I might be missing and where to get it?

A couple of years ago I ran the 2.0v3 update, but "Get Info" still
reports version "2.0", as does "About Claris Emailer" from within the
application, so I'm not convinced that the update "took". Any idears?

I could switch her to Eudora, but she's one of those ones who likes
what she's got...

Thanks.
