Is there anything in the "temp Incoming" folder? If so, move it to the trash & relaunch Emailer. If you need to read those email messages, Chris wrote a program "Temp Reader" that works great! I used it a few weeks ago when a family member had a similar problem. Best, Dave Nathanson Mac Medix
