When setting a mail action (filter) for some spam, I have to dig around in the long header to find anything repeatable for a trigger. I am not clear about using the "Internet header" or the "from" to designate a part of a line that "contains" "xyz".
The part of the long header that shows the text reads, "Received: From "xyz"" Which will work?
