It is an application function.  It forces emailer to connect to 
whichever mail servers are chosen.

It is not an applescript.
It is not a resource.
It is part of emailer's functionality.
It is not editable; there is nothing to edit.

What is the purpose of your questions?  Maybe you're not asking the 
right questions to get a meaningful answer.
