Well, it's hard to say; they're reviewing mail.app 1.1, but the Jaguar version (which is very much improved over 1.1) is 1.2. Two of the cons listed in the table no longer apply.
It stresses HTML and graphics capability in the evaluation; I'd rather not have any of that in email. Not having used most of those products, and not having used the most recent versions of those that I have used, I really can't say much about them.
