Sorry, it's a little confusing for me too. What I did was, I entered some new addresses to a group set up just for my HS Alums. I entered 3 new addresses to that group (didn't enter them anywhere else, not in the address book other than here in the group). Then I closed the window. Later when I opened the window, the 3 new addresses were not there. While that was a little frustrating, it got more so when I tried to reenter the 3 addresses. It warned me that I was about to enter duplicates because the files already existed. I didn't see them in the address book right in front of me but it said they existed. The only way I found the duplicate entries was to go to the address book view, view hidden contacts and then delete the extra ones. But it just did not show up in the group view. And as to the other post, thanks. I have now added the create in address book as well as the create in the group to my mail actions for new records. (I assume this won't keep duping but is smart enough to keep adding only addresses which do not already exist in the group or the address book?) Thanks.
