I have been using Emailer 2.03 for the last couple years with a dial up
service (Earthlink) with no problems. I am a novice with computers.
I am trying another ISP called "Access4cheap" and could not send
or receive email with the following settings:
User Name: xx
Email account: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Password: (my password)
SMTP server: smtp.access4cheap.com
Email address: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
When I check email I get:
Connecting to Internet using Account "A4C"
Checking email account "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
** Pop server error "-ERR authorization failed"
I contacted technical support for help and all they could tell me is:
incoming mail server is mail.access4cheap.com
outgoing mail server is smtp.access4cheap.com
Is it possible Emailer will work with some ISP's and not others? Are
my settings messed up?
