If this is mail that is either queued for sending, or in "Draft" mode, 
you can click on the first column in the browser window to sort by mail 
"status". That will at least lump all the same types together, and you 
can quickly pull out those two types.

However, that doesn't help for mail that is already sent. 

I'm sure you've already noticed that any outbound mail (sent or unsent), 
has a little "To:" at the start of the From/To column. But like you said, 
scanning thru for that marker in a long list of messages can be a PITA 
I'm sure.
