Probably the most significant part of the article is buried at the
end. The Bulk Email operation had been denied access by one or more
ISP's based on the number of complaints the ISP received from customers.
In other words, automate to some extent the practice of forwarding
Spam to your ISP with a complaint and you have the satisfaction of doing
something that cumulatively works somewhat.
Is that hedged enough?
