I don't think it's Emailer. I just sent a message with umlauts and a bunch of other chars to a PC and back and they came back as they were sent.: �, �, �, �, �, �, @' �' $' f' �' |' [' ], �, �, �) <--How these look to you? For some reason messages to certain listservs are mangled and others are not. I always assumed they were supposed to convert to MIME compatible chars and send out in a format all MIME compatible clients could read, but it seems some have problems with this.
