Don't just search and destroy all .DS_Store files. Those files tell the OS X finder how you want your windows displayed. ONLY delete the one in the Temp Incoming folder in Emailer. And the easiest way to make sure you delete only the one you need is to verify that the Temp Incoming folder is empty... then throw the whole folder away.
