Just out of curiosity, I subscribed to the PowerMail talk list a few
weeks ago. I have to say that there are a lot more problems with
Powermail that I ever thought. It seems that a heavy problem is the poor
construction of the PowerMail database. They also have a rebuild
function, but it seems like a lot of grumbling about it, and no
resolution, even over a number of updated versions.

Just thought some people might want to know about that.
I, too am running Mac OS X, but so far, Emailer is still the best dang
email application I've ever used. Oh sure, I liked the PowerMail demo
because it's so much like Emailer. But according to the grumbling on the
PowerMail Talk list, it's nowhere near as sturdy as Emailer is, and I'm
not risking it.

Happy with Emailer, even after all these years!

(I bought Claris Emailer 1.0 from Guy Kawasaki himself when he was
touting it at our User Group meeting at least 10 years ago!!! Now that's
STURDY software!)
