There are 2 slots in those models. What about 2 256 for $120? "256MB PC100 CL2 SO-DIMM Low-Profile for PowerBook G3 Series Wallstreet(1998), Lombard(1999), iMac 233/266/333. Lifetime Warranty. Allows up to 512MB! Works in LOWER and upper slot! " <http://eshop.macsales.com/AddToBasket.cfm?ID=2992&Item=OWC100SO256168L>
I'm sure there are cheaper ones too. I'm buying 2 for $95 from some other place for my Powerbook G3. Can't find the URL for now though. Start at Ramseeker <http://www.ramseeker.com> for best prices on RAM. Probably a good idea to buy your RAM before the war, that Mr Bush and the military industrial complex in all their wisdom have decided to conflict upon humanity. I wouldn't expect prices to drop because of it, even if we've heard about price drops coming this autumn. I'd rather have my 512 now anyway and my new HD too. Anyone know a place to buy Fujitsu drives? I can't seem to find anyone that ships them to Europe. ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
