Yeah, I was remembering the many times that Chris has complained about
getting bumped off the list. Wondering if that's what happened to me. I
guess not.

But I suppose that low traffic on a email list dedicated to tech suport
for such a sturdy product is to be expected. I've used Emailer on Mac OS
7, 8,9, & X. It's never given me much problems, - unlike some software I
can think of produced by the biggest company on the planet.

There's really only a few problems that we ever see with Emailer.

1) Immediate Crashing; - empty out the Temp Incoming folder & try again.
1b) use Chris's "Temp Reader" to read the corrupted emails if you want.

2) General wackiness - launch Emailer holding down command & option then
select "Typical Rebuild"

3) OS X only: delete the hidden ".DStore" file in the temp incoming
folder to reenable proper mail unpacking

4) AOL Dial up: try a different AOL number, and/or get the updated AOL
CCL scripts.

Just the FAQ, Mac.
