Hello, I have been trying to backup my database using the Emailer Archive Solution v3. It has been years since I have used it, but I know it did work. However, now it isn't.
I can archive one open piece of mail properly...However, when I try and archive a whole folder (or even a select few emails) the first thing I get is FileMaker asking me to save it as a new file and to define the feilds (even though the Emailer Achive database is open). When I cancel out of that, I get an error in Emailer that FileMaker got an error and the event was not handled. Any ideas? Memory allotment is definitely not an issue. Thanks!
