You can't do it publicly, though, but this is one of those cases where
something like this, a useable software product, that is no longer for
sale, including upgrades, should be avaiilable for those willing to use
it. There are a few instances of this where companies put old software in
the freeware category, but it is distressingly rare.
I would hope a lot of companies put their OS 9 software in this category
after enough time passes with OS X - especially with Panther not having a
classic mode, there is no reason not to, you certainly cannot claim it is
costing sales!
