Actually, the NetEvents application should probably be placed along with the AppleScript that uses it: Emailer 2 Redirect AppleScript by Dan Crevier. It's packaged that way at the FogCity web site, though the version of NetEvents packaged with it probebly doesn't work past OS 8. They're each more-or-less useless without the other.
