Hmmm, no, still using OS 9.1 and FMPro 4.

However, you might "hide" FMPro 4 (stuff, remove to a separate disk or 
some such) then open the archive, then launch Script Editor. Open a Log. 
Run the script from Script Editor. See what the log says about the error.
