The reason I switch is not that Emailer works bad in OS X. It works surprisingly good together with Baton Mail (what a godsend). But after several years with OS X, especially since Jaguar, I'd come to the conclusion that using Classic just for Emailer and the occasional other application is becoming a nuisance just because I have to fire it up and wait and if I'm leaving it running I know it's there taking up space on my drive and because of my insufficient RAM hardware (!) it's also taking up resources I need for my X apps, no matter how small (I think only 15 MB actually). Also, I feel Emailer is too slow at searching and some other stuff that I need, so I needed a better client. I feel now that CTMs PowerMail will serve me best at the moment. One of the things that was crucial in winning me over was the "recent mail" window, that mimics Emailers "auto logs" close enough for me. On OS X that is a unique feature and after years with Emailer I've come to love it. ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
