My apologies if my criticism was too harsh and devolved into cheap name-calling. That was off base for me to say. My complaint is what several others have echoed; namely, that sending ANY file attachment -- especially an unknown one -- to an entire email list goes way beyond bad form. Many of us check our email from Windows-based machines at work, and you could've put our whole network(s) at risk by doing this. I am fortunate that I checked my mail from my home computer this time. Many others may not be so lucky. But even if this caused no damage, just because there happened to be no damage done this time doesn't make it okay.
