What OS version? If it is OS X, I don't think you can do it (Emailer can't dial AOL thru Classic in OS X, at least not to the best of my knowledge). If it is OS 9 or earlier, you may need the updated AOL CCL files. I don't know the specifics on when or if these are needed, but I know people have needed them when trying to use AOL with Emailer.
