Of course; anyone who has a 'Net connection, has posted an email address,
or has their email address in someone else's address book is likely
getting this rubbish.

Most likely.

True, again.

I've deleted my logs from last week, but IIRC, I received few 'sobig'
messages from my .mac account, as I've only shared this account with
immediate family. OTOH, I couldn't connect via [EMAIL PROTECTED] to AOL last week,
either Wed. or Thur. Logs showed AOL system too busy. Try again in 15
minutes. So my guess is AOL was either so overwhelmed by the virus that
many users couldn't log on and thus couldn't receive the virus through
their AOL account or the sysadmins. deliberately restricted the number of
users.

FYI, I got a couple of sobig viri last night; one to my main business
email address, the other to my corporate address posted on my web set.

Cheers.
