They forgot France then, lucky me. Or their geopolitical skills are very low, as Chili has long been the most US ass kissing country in South America. Or maybe it's becoming too democratic again ? Last time it was, the US had to save it from democracy. Oh, by the way: in Chili, september 11 is the date of the 1973 coup which put the military dictatorship in place with the help of the CIA, murdered more than 10000 people including the legitimate president, and caused an unknown number of suspected leftists to magically disappear.
