Emailer can loose track of the attachments fairly easily. And once it does, there usually isn't too much hope it getting them to reconnect.
The attachments are probably all still in your downloads folder, the links Emailer has in the message is just no longer any good (probably because of moving things around and changing names and/or file paths).
Darn. He's got like 1500+ downloads in there. Well, I guess I'll have to dig in. Talk about data mining... ;)
