E-mailer 2.0->2.0v1 updater

I recently needed to re-install Emailer, and discovered that I don't 
have (and can't find) the updater to make 2.0 into 2.0v1.  I have the 
other updaters so I can get to 2.0v3, but apple doesn't have the one I 
need.  Can anyone help?
