Greetings
I recall downloading from Fog City an Applescript that checked
incoming mail to see if it was from an address within the recipients
address book. I set that up and most spam goes into a folder I created
called "possible spam". It has worked well.
A limitation is Emailer allows up to 1,000 addresses in a folder. I
have about 1,300, so there are 300 addresses not in the script. That
means occasionally a legitimate message will show within the "possible
spam" folder.
The mail action is called "spam filter" in my mail action folder and
also allows filtering by domain.
