An internet header is any "line item" in the email long headers.

So "Subject" is a header, "From" is a header, "Return-Path" is a header, 
as well as things like "X-Mailer".

If you look at the long headers of an email message, a good rule of thumb 
is, if the word ends in a : then its a "header"
